GEM was built from years of real trading experience and a desire to create something different, a bilingual community where traders can learn, grow, and have access to the tools, education, and support we wish existed when we started.

How It Started

Beatriz began trading in 2017, spending years developing her approach to the markets through experience, discipline, and countless hours on the charts. What started as her own journey eventually became something she wanted to share with other traders.

GEM grew from that vision: to create the kind of trading community she wished she had when she started. A place built on transparency, real education, and giving traders the tools to understand the market for themselves.

Today, that vision has grown into a bilingual English and Spanish community bringing together traders from different backgrounds with one goal: to learn, improve, and grow together.

Beatriz

Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Beatriz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GEM Futures, where she leads the company's vision, product development, and educational initiatives. As a full-time futures trader, she specializes in the Nasdaq (NQ) and is the creator of GEM Institutional Suite and the GEM Session Break, trading tools designed to simplify market analysis and improve consistency for traders of all experience levels. Driven by a passion for education and innovation, Beatriz has built GEM Futures into a thriving bilingual trading community dedicated to providing professional-grade tools, structured education, and an environment where traders can develop the knowledge and discipline needed for long-term success.

Executive Leadership

Carley

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Keeps GEM running behind the scenes while staying connected to the trading community. Carley helps coordinate the team, supports members, manages day-to-day operations, and helps ensure everything we build for our traders runs smoothly.

Mike

Chief Community Officer (CCO)

Helps keep the GEM community safe, organized, and focused on trading. Mike leads moderation, supports members, enforces community standards, and protects traders from scams, impersonators, and anything that takes away from the GEM experience.

Nova

Chief Program Officer (CPO)

Helps turn GEM's trading ideas, education, and resources into something members can actually use. Nova supports traders with platform and indicator questions, helps organize educational resources, and works closely with the team to improve the overall learning experience inside GEM.

Luis

Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

Focused on making sure traders get the most out of being part of GEM. Luis supports our Spanish-speaking community, helps members understand the tools and trading concepts, participates in live sessions, and works with the team to create a better experience for traders at every level.

We don't want you dependent on signals. GEM is built to help traders understand the market, develop their own analysis, and gain confidence in their decisions.
